Refund policy

This policy applies specifically and exclusively to coffee ordered online through the laprima.com service and platform.

La Prima Espresso Co. has a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Please be aware that coffee is an agricultural product and while consistency is a core value for us, agricultural products and crops are subject to slight variances due to factors such as rainfall and sunshine.

Please understand that La Prima offers a wide variety of coffee on a spectrum which might be imagined on a line segment spanning from traditional to adventurous. Light roasted and natural process coffees tend to be more adventurous.
